After the Supreme Court Decision over Obamacare, I thought the only possible person who could be the Dumbass of the Week is Chief Justice John Roberts.  He could have been the one to save America from this oppressive law, but instead he punted.  Chief Justice Roberts was also part of the majority in the ruling over the Arizona Immigration Law, and that Military imposter law.  As I said in yesterday’s post, I think we should have a constitutional amendment to limit the years the Justices have on the court.  Chief Justice Roberts is certainly one those who needs to be replaced.  He just gave Obama and future president unlimited power, thus making the Supreme Court more irrelevant than it is.  Hopefully we will have some Supreme Court appointments when Romney is President.  Till then, Chief Justice Roberts is The Dumbass of The Week.
